katiefoolery: (Don't panic!)

Renovations are back on... I think.

This journal is currently in the process of being re-vamped.
Please ignore any mess, confusion, ugliness or stray tradesmen in the meantime.

Thanking-you muchly.

EDIT >> Renovations postponed due to:
a) a lack of interest on my behalf, and,
b) Kayt's knocking half of my renovators to
their untimely deaths from a scaffold.

EDITx2 >> I experienced an un-expected brainwave
last night which may start up the renovations once more.
Am busily training antelopes to take over the renovating
duties of the dear departed tradesmen.
Have yet to receive compensation from [livejournal.com profile] the_kaytinator.

EDITx3 >> Alas, the brainwave amounted to nothing.
I shall instead occupy myself with kidnapping
[livejournal.com profile] the_kaytinator's dancing hedgehogs until she
gives me some reparation for my lost tradesmen.

EDITx4 >> Due to some marginal success in both
kidnapping and training the dancing hedgehogs,
the renovations are most definitely back ON.

I'll try, but I'm not sure I will have fun. :( I'm attempting to convert this layout to S2 and it's not exactly a barrel of laughs.

Actually, I'm hoping it will look exactly the same. I'm trying to convert my current design to S2.

I'm... vacillating, to be honest. I may have taken this post down by the end of the day, but I wanted to have an explanation for any possible ugliness in plain sight!

Did you notice the FMA translation is done? :P it may make a day dealing with S2 that much more bareable :D

I think it'll melt pretty quickly, though.

Well, can't you train the hedgehogs to do the renovations? If they can dance, they can wear little hardhats and look like they're consulting over blueprints and things. They'd be cute.

The trick is catching the little blighters in the first place. [livejournal.com profile] the_kaytinator has them under very close guard. Whereas I have plenty of antelopes just lying around doing nothing.

You're right about the cuteness, though. I think I might have to re-double my hedgehognapping efforts...

Well, antelopes are quick and nimble. You can just give them some gloves or something so that they don't prick themselves on the hedgehogs' spikes and run them on past.
